- Inhalt
- This hands-on laboratory course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of CRISPR/Cas technology and its application in genetic modification within the context of plant biology. Through a series of practical experiments, students will gain proficiency in the use of CRISPR/Cas systems to edit genes responsible for controlling flowering time in two model plants: Arabidopsis and rapeseed.
